How Does Wellness Coaching Work?
What do you really want? More energy? To finally lose weight and keep it off? Feel fit and strong? Not worry so much about your cholesterol, blood sugar, or blood pressure? Manage stress better? Make a change in your life circumstances? Something else?
Wellness coaching starts with the end in mind--where you really want to be. We'll talk about what you really want and why you want it to create your Wellness Vision -- the place where you want to be with your life.
We'll explore what it will mean to you to finally get there for good. And we'll consider what usually gets in your way, as well as the strengths you can use in new ways to create and put in place the SMART goals (Specific, Measureable, Action-based, Realistic, and Timelined) that will get you there.
As your coach, I'll help you strategize, hold you to your plan and help you course correct to optimize your success. It's all about finding what works for you and your life. One small step at a time.
