Choose my Lifelong Lifestyle Change program
I typically work with clients for a minimum of 3 months, because it can take that long to set new habits in motion. We start with a 60- to 90- minute telephonic session to set your Vision in place, create your 3-month, longer term goals, and then a few weekly goals. After that, we'll talk every week or every other week for 30 to 45 minutes to review and build upon progress so you can finally sustain the changes you want. I'll provide relevant resources for your journey, be available by e-mail, and keep you accountable to your promises to yourself.
My fee is $1200 for 12 sessions, including the initial Vision-setting session. Although I recommend weekly sessions to start, once you are making progress, we can meet every other week, if you prefer.
Not Ready to Commit to 3 Months?
Do a One-Time Wellness Vision session to set yourself up for success: $175.00 for 60 to 90 minutes. If you choose to move forward with the Lifelong Lifestyle Change program, the fee will be applied toward the program.
